I max my coverage out. IDK why. I feel like its better safe than sorry. I've had full coverage on my truck since 1998 and do the $100 deductible and all that shit. It's not really that much more to do that since it's so old but I've picked up another car and need to rethink things now. Any tips or tricks for one driver insuring two cars? :hat:

You just take the allowance Mrs. Mack gives you and let her handle the rest?

I don't even take an allowance. It all went into getting out of debt and remodeling, and now it's going into the mortgage.

Simple formula for collision/ comprehensive deductible is:

How much can you afford to lose? I can come up with $500, so that's my deductible. When a car gets to be worth less than $2500.00 low blue book value, I take collision and comp. off of them, as to me it isn't worth the extra cost of having them on such a low value car.

Bump up your deductible to $500.00 and see what the difference is.
