    They'll use the same argument that subway used whe their 12" subs came up 1" short: the raw materials used for each serving are exactly the same.

    They'll still lose... Just like subway... Because air is not an ingredient, and they're declaring that a serving is measured in fluid ounces, a measure of volume.
