Tomorrow's a weigh in day and I already know the number is going to be ugly. I can give legit excuses as to why but you guys would just say it was bullshit anyways so Im not going to bore you. And actually shout out to my boy Mr Clutch for helping me get into the right mindset. I'm an elite athlete in my prime and im hungrier than ever to reach my goal. Ok so my half marathon run didnt go so well and going by my time youd think i was an old woman with lung cancer but i know im better than that so im already over it. Im going to start following the LeanGains IF approach and if you dont know what that is i pity you and suggest you google it, motherfucker. sorry this was a quick post i suddenly felt super motivated and had to get it out before going to the store to pick up a frozen pizza dinner (sunday stores are closed so theres nothing else to get).
