Huron, N.Y. - A Wayne County man is accused of injuring two young children because they wouldn't stop crying while he was playing a video game. State Police charged Adam Rosenbauer this month with endangering the welfare of a child. District Attorney Rick Healy said the incident involved his 18-month-old child and his girlfriend's four-year-old son. Healy said the four-year-old boy is severely disabled and confined to a bed. Rosenbauer said in a statement that the children were interrupting his game so he grabbed both children by the wrists, which caused bruising. The children are staying with their mother and Rosenbauer is not allowed to see them.
