MFB asked if there was any advice that Stern didn't listen to from Buchwald. Stern thought for a moment and said, yeah, AGT, Buchwald didn't want him to do it. But Stern wanted to do it because he thought it would be a goof and it would be silly and they all would have a big laugh and have a lot of fun. Which is EXACTLY how that turned out. Right, Robin??? Am I right? Then the conversation turned to Simon Cowell so MFB could heap on the guy and they started making fun of him for involving his wife on the show (Simon will seek out his wife's advice during the performances apparently and his child is somehow involved) to which Howard starts to mock that situation. Of course, Stern never did that with his parents on AGT because he was too busy being silly and making everyone laugh with his "crazy antics".
