    Malone will save $$Millions
No Doubt BOTH parties have the option(NOT) to renew.

    This would explain
    lack of effort
    NO $$ spent on channel(s)
    Piss poor attitude
partly contribute to the Lawsuit filing.

Probably thought he'd have a big TV career to handle.

there's no way he's leaving a dollar on the table, you think he would quit and leave all that money for the schedule he has and half ass show that he is doing?

Hey if he isn't gonna realize that the show DOES NOT WORK without a comedian in there, then please, by all means, stop the show. Stop the bleeding. I've been listening to some shows from 07 and I simply can't bring myself to listen to new shows instead. The proof is right there.

If he still wants a career, all he has to do is forget about this AGT nonsense (which was so much worse than I imagined it would be) and deal with his radio show in a legitimate way. It ain't gonna happen on Sirius, with his piss-poor attitude towards them. If he had any creative integrity he'd break his contract (is that possible? any legal experts here?) and do an internet show. If he wants a TV career why not do an interview show on HBO or something? Oh yeah, they don't pay enough and Howie needs money. :rolleye::rolleye::rolleye:

Why would he sign a contract where Sirius could give him the boot after 3 years? He also has a five year deal with iNDEMAND Networks. He isn't going anywhere at the end of 2013 unless either Sirius folds or they fire him. Both scenarios are extremely unlikely.

Howard's option is to be fired by John Malone and claim that he quit voluntarily.

Buchwald would also lose millions if Wiggy leaves after 3 years. It's not gonna happen.

Need to hear audio. I never believe anything that comes out of wiggy's mouth, but I hope he's out ASAP.

The only way that this scenario would play out is if Robin can't continue doing the show. The combination of being disgruntled with Sirius and having to rework the show is the only thing that could get him to leave easy money on the table.

I will wait to see the actual contract when it gets filed with Howard's next lawsuit. If there is an option, it could be that Sirius can pull the plug on the show after 3 years too, and Howard is laying the groundwork to claim it was really his decision not to continue.

You really think he would leave approx. 120 million dollars on the table because he had to replace Robin that would take all of ten minutes?

He would never have signed a five year contract that would allow Sirius to fire him after three years. That makes 0.0 sense.

There was NO Place for him to go for Sirius kind of money?
    They cut his Yearly Pay.

Howard has proven to be a LIAR so no doubt InDemand would be similar to Sirius 3+2yr or straight out 5yr.

Although unlikely, since Howard wanted to be a MEGA TV STAR a 5 year contract with an early cancel option may have been inked.

Either way Howard (would have believed) IT would benefit him(ONLY). But may come back to bite him in the MarbleHole.

    Don't forget the Robin *wildcard*

Buchwald telling Howard that he can leave after 3 years was his way of spinning another poorly written contract on his part. Buchwald is realizing that a change of ownership was never accounted for in Howard's contract...so he is prepping Howard for his upcoming shitcanning at the hands of John Malone.

Howard will spin it that he wanted to leave after 3 years...when in reality he has the world's shittiest agent/lawyers writing his contracts.
