Entertainment Steroids update and part 2

    With a new cycle coming up soon I felt it necessary to give a update to those interested and wanting to know what the next cycle is going to be.

    Firstly doc said my blood levels are recovered as is my Testosterone and red blood counts. So I can begin a new cycle when I choose. I am his only patient that is openly talking to him about cycling Testosterone and he is learning a lot on his own with this experience of mine and his. He still has not said he supports this, but he is learning a lot about the process and recovery.

    So that all said my current weight is 227lbs. I've lost a lot of the weight I gained, which was a lot of water. But I have maintained a 5lb muscle gain and about 75% of the strength gained has stayed. But, I can't lift for as many reps or sets and my joints hurt during big lifts. Recovery is slower or what is typical time. 3-5 days per muscle group. So basically, I'm human again.

    So upcoming will be a 16 week Testosterone only cycle. Up from 10 weeks. I'll also be upping the dose from 500mg per week to 600mg per week.

    I'll be adding in HCG to keep my balls primed and ready for when I cycle off and a anti estrogen to keep water weight in check during. Nolvadex and clomid for PCT for after cycle.

    From my research once you get into the 16 week area you are kind of at the longest you can make gains and strength before you are just maintaining and not adding anything.

    This will be an interesting cycle for you. Same training split, or are you going to up add training schemes to keep more once you cycle off?

    Last cycle I expected to just keep my training status quo, but I quickly found I could do massive amounts of reps and sets while adding weight, week after week.

    I'd like to go to a split of hitting each group twice a week vs hitting them once hard.

    Nothing is more douchier than people who track their fitness regiments. Just work out and stfu.

    I did that for a number of years. Tracking has been better for me. But for others I'm sure it doesn't matter as much

    Thanks for the insight but seriously what's the point? I mean after 24 I could give two shits how big I was anymore. I don't think the upside is worth the long term downside and frankly after forty your body is just gonna start breaking I know mine did from college basketball

    I'll see what I can do there.

    On the 10week cycle doc found no shrinkage or size change. I'll see how it goes with 16 weeks and ask the doctor to see about precise size.

    Lifting and being big is new to me. I was a track athlete all through school and college. I was 170lbs 3 years ago when I decided to try my hand at eating big and lifting big. As a non pro athlete the steroids option is fair game and I'm always willing to experiment to a point. At 35 I'm old enough that my body is already going backwards vs doing them at 21 when my body was still peaking. I'm also making the point of staying away from steroids in pill form as those have to pass through the liver and have the highest risk of damage to the organs vs injection form.

    I'll also be sure to do a blood dump at the end to get all the extra red blood cells accumulated during cycle out and make sure blood pressure stays in check

    Also I forgot to mention that after about 8 weeks off I started to feel totally back to normal and rebounding back to feeling good, normal, and past my mental downturn of losing my size.
