AH! OMG! SCARY!
Go see it.
Yeah. It wazz good.
Ok. Now fuck off...
Yeah, it was good. It's a shame that the director (James Wan) says this will be his last horror film because he's really good. There's not enough good horror coming out. Too much shit aimed at the teeny bopper audience.
If it's too scary, I will have to wait to watch it at home. I love scary but not in public.
Plus, when you piss yourself you can pause it and clean up.
Is it supposed to be "based on a true story"? I read a review that left me more confused than enlightened, but intrigued. Every movie nowadays is so derivative of 1000 other movies I hardly pay them any mind. I'm not a movie snob; I'm just jaded and bored and generally an old grouch.
Yes, it's based on a supposed true story.
Stevie, did you catch the reference in the very last line of the movie?
It wazz fucking scary...and cool.
Hmm, now I'm reading that he'll direct Insidious 2.
i liked it ,wasnt as scary as some reviewers made it to be tho
wot was the last line, i did get the amity reference halfway thru
Was going to see it with a group tonight, but people bailed, will have to wait on it. Heard that there weren't many cheap scares, ie the cat walks out all of a sudden and the music blasts at the same time to make you jump.
Amity reference halfway through? What was that?
The last line was her telling him that the priest needed their help regarding a case in Long Island (Amityville).
I hate that shit Last time a cat was used effectively in a scary movie was in Alien. "Jonesy" the cat.
