Hola, Today could only be described as bittersweet. The weather was nice, work went smoothly, I'm getting healthier, but at the same time, my little dog is having an arthritic spell. She's eating well and acting in good spirits, but I can just tell she hurts and it breaks my heart when she tries to get up and walk. At least she'll have a little excursion tomorrow when she sees her vet, meeting people, getting treated extra special, getting to go on a car ride. Dog enjoy the simple things, their masters could learn a thing or two from them. My food might gross out a few, but this is a traditional French dish that I've always wanted to attempt. I think the five-star chefs would have decided that it turned out just fine... On Tonight's Menu: Steak Tartare - Raw, Dressed Local, Grass-fed Altec Filet Mignon and a Local Organic Egg Yolk served with Pumpernickel Toasts... ...and a very lovely song that many of you may already be familiar with.
