I always like the segment and today was no different. Then the girl who won $5000 said she didn't want the money and instead she would donate the $5000 to the north shore animal league. And just when you think the doucheness would end, Tommy John came in because he sponsored the contest. Yuk. Segment ruined.

That is because this was all set up and scripted as usual. No one wins any prize money because no actual listener actually gets in the studio or actually calls in.

If I won $5000 playing a game on the Stern Show, I can guarantee I wouldn't be donating a dime of it to anyone.

Fuck you Wiggy, and your rigged contests

I'm sure Win Fred's money was fixed too. Fred knew everything, but when an honest question would arise during a show discussion Fred was mute.

I'm usually very good at Stump the Booey. I did very poorly today (I actually kept the channel on when I saw they were going to play)... I had to go into work at question 7 I think, so I didn't know who won. I thought these were tough.

Maybe not scams, per se, but just an "odd" coincidence she donated it to NSAL.

Unless you claim it was a bit and use employees (interns or actors) who are a part of the bit.

WFM was definitely rigged. Fred ALWAYS goes second AFTER all questions are gone over and a answers revealed in studio. sound proof booth the my ass. FCC does regulate game shows but I'm sure wiggy and buckwald have some loophole that falls under news entertainment show or some shit. why give $5000 sponsor money to a fan when wiggy can keep all the marbles?

How are they regulated by the FCC? Maybe a TV game show, but who holds Howard accountable for his lies? Was this really a contest that was advertised and open to the public? Who was harmed by this supposedly fake contest, other than people who were duped into thinking that Booey was competing against a random fan?
