Rambo 2 is the best out of that bunch. It made us believe in America again!

The end of this movie is absolutely exceptional. Schwarzenegger in his prime mowing down row after row of anonymous brown people. Guns have endless ammunition. Heads and limbs come off with reckless abandon. A man takes a fucking steampipe through the stomach. Exceptional. He should have gotten an Oscar.

Wow. Memories. I remember going to college in the Fall and having a gang of us always hanging out together. Like St. Elmo's, but without the money.

Brings back a lot of fond memories. I had just gotten my first apartment at that time. Right down the street was the Hicksville Twin and a little father was the Mid Island Mall theatre. Both were within walking distance. I went there every week. The Twin never got any of the big blockbuster type A pictures. Instead they got a lot of the Charles Charles Bronson, Schwarzenegger and low budget horror pics. It was a great time to go to the movies.
