What supplements do you take?
100% ons whey protein chocolate.
Eat the right food and you won't need supplements.
Some of them can be bad for your liver.
But pharmaceuticals are good for you

A multi billion dollar industry and a total scam
Eat Spinach look what it did for pop eye.
I quit taking all supplements (I used to take pill supplements in the morning, and protein powder after workouts) and instead I drink a homemade fruit/ veggie juice with my breakfast every morning, and a fruit/ tofu smoothie after workouts. So far so good.
you need a vitamin d3 supplement
No supplements. Just vega before/after workouts. It's good stuff though.
I take supplements for my arthritis.

All you need is a green drink and French fries
I take D3, Selenium, iodine, potassium, magnesium, probiotic and a powdered multi-vitamin (half-dose). If I don't take the electrolyte supplements like potassium and magnesium, I have a lot of problems.
Orange Triad multivitamin, fish oil, and glucosamine & condroitin.
I slurp on my own emotion lotion for protein ...
Multi, D, Fish Oil, St. John's Wort.
I can't find it but I saw a chart with all of the stuff listed and most of them fall in the b.s. category.
Whey protein, creatine, glutamine and ZMA.
Supplements have changed my life dramatically, for the better, in approximately the past year. At this point, it might be easier to list the supplements that I am not taking.
I'd say my top three are B15, a calcium/magnesium/D3 combination, and B17. These three I take daily. Most others I take once every 3-7 days.
B15 cured my asthma.
Can you explain? Not sure what you mean.
