    Some of them can be bad for your liver.

    I quit taking all supplements (I used to take pill supplements in the morning, and protein powder after workouts) and instead I drink a homemade fruit/ veggie juice with my breakfast every morning, and a fruit/ tofu smoothie after workouts. So far so good.:slick:

    No supplements. Just vega before/after workouts. It's good stuff though.

    I take D3, Selenium, iodine, potassium, magnesium, probiotic and a powdered multi-vitamin (half-dose). If I don't take the electrolyte supplements like potassium and magnesium, I have a lot of problems.

    Multi, D, Fish Oil, St. John's Wort.

    I can't find it but I saw a chart with all of the stuff listed and most of them fall in the b.s. category.

    Supplements have changed my life dramatically, for the better, in approximately the past year. At this point, it might be easier to list the supplements that I am not taking.

    I'd say my top three are B15, a calcium/magnesium/D3 combination, and B17. These three I take daily. Most others I take once every 3-7 days.

    B15 cured my asthma.
