    I have this 5lb flat brisket. Would have preferred a packer but Publix didn't have any. It's small enough so that if I fuck this up it won't have cost me too much. :c

    40 lbs of wood pellets in the hopper. these are a blend of hickory, cherry, maple and apple. smells pretty good!

    The grill was about $1K, plus the wood pellets and some accessories, about $1400 total.

    I have grill mats plus a grill grate to give that criss cross look on the steaks.

    the mats are good for small stuff so it doesn't fall thru.
