Ever since the moderator at that debate announced rand Paul as being from Kentucky, all I can see in him is Kentucky. He looks like he returns to his moonshine still every day after leaving the senate floor.

If it were not for Rand Paul endorsing the fraud Mitch Mc Connell over Matt Bevin, it would be a better Congress. Rand Paul should just go away. He is not even his dad.

sure rand isnt his dad, unfortunately, but hes the closest to it. whos closer?
where were the ppl who cheer ron now, when he was running? he got like 1% vote.
didnt most ppl against the word "amnesty" now, vote for the guy who wrote the bill?
i think it is whats best for the country (especially compared to past policy)
they effectively had amnesty forever. let em pay tax, let em start businesses, let be americans and help our economy. let em vote republican

I agree that if you're here for a while and are becoming American, come on in, bro. The only things you owe are a. Some kind of penance for breaking our laws and b. Some sort of recompense to those that stood in line like they should have.

But we also need to stop ignoring the fact that there are illegals amongst us. Police need the power to identify them and those responsible for handling them need to send them back when found (if they've committed a criminal act other than entering the country), prevent them from entering illegally, and beat with a hickory stick those companies that hire them.

We can pretend that ignoring the problem will solve it or that it isn't really that bad, but there is NO difference between a migrant produce picker and an Indonesian sweatshop worker. They're slavery conditions. They live in your back yard. They cost us money. And it isn't fair to those waiting in line.

if employers were able to hire legal ones(ones granted amnesty and thru work programs with background checks)
then they have no incentive to risk fines to hire illegals.
and if illegals wont be hired, they have no incentive to come here.

i dont know the solution, but i know what we been doing isnt working

It is safe to attack Trump with prepared written statements. Rand got owned at the debate when he tried to go after Trump. He also got beaten down like a step child by Christie. If anyone should drop out of the next debate for Fiorina it should be him.

Beaten down like a step child by Christie? What debate were you watching? All fatty could do was invoke 9-11 for the gazillionth time when confronted with his open defense of shitting on the bill of rights and the 4th amendment.

Christie and Paul are both right when it comes to the patriot act stuff. I don't know that there is one correct, definitive answer. They both need to stay in the debates if for no other reason than to keep that discussion on the front pages.

Huckabee can be replaced with Fiorina.

they don't pay tax!! what world are you living in where they would earn enough to pay taxes??

the only thing that would change from amnesty is they'd become an even bigger drag on our welfare and entitlement systems - and they'd take more jobs from americans, as they would be eligible to work in more fields.

american citizens should have priority over law-breaking foreign invaders, traitor.

"obama administration's illegal spying" - what a spin. the patriot act (i support) is one thing you can't pin on obama.

As for Paul, nonsensically citing the fourth amendment and the bill of rights made him look like a buffoon.
