This has to be very rare, how many kidnapping cases involve a female suspect?
It almost makes it scarier.
Those 2 girls look nothing alike.
The redhead looks like Howard and the blonde looks like Sally Struthers.
This comes from a part of Upstate NY that I know all too well. Broome County is run by a bunch of alcoholics, and the so-called "cops" are worse than the criminals. A Democrat's dream of destroying a great area with imported blacks from NYC.
They arrested the girls mother too. I kinda doubt they can get kidnapping charges to stick under these circumstances. Sounds more like custodial interference to me.
Police arrested Cindy Fortner on a second degree kidnapping charge Friday. Prosecutors said Fortner and Amanda Hellman are responsible for the April 2015 disappearance of 16-year-old KyLea and 14-year-old Shaleen Fortner.
"The allegations are that Cindy Fortner, along with Amanda Hellman, arranged for the two girls to be picked up and not to return to the foster parents," Broome County District Attorney Steve Cornwell said.
Cornwell said that, at the time of the teens disappearance, there was a court order to place KyLea and Shaleen in the county's custody. He said Fortner and Hellman, who were in a relationship, ignored that order.
"Whether they willingly came, in the sense of willingly got into a car, or were dragged into a car, under the law, that's not the consideration," Cornwell explained. "The consideration was whether or not these two women had the authority to keep these girls, which they did not, and the girls cannot consent as a matter of law to be with them."
The motive was carpet munching. The teens are reported to be multi orgasmic.
Was this from the Inside Edition report or some other source?
I live the Internet.
From Very Hard Copy
Oh ok. I've found that their reporting is fairly accurate.
Do you happen to have a link?
On the outside chance Very Hard Copy isn't a reliable enough source for you Chauncey Heyden from Very Stepping Out magazine also confirmed this story.
Excepting Familial cases of female kidnappers.
Sorry...sometimes I just cannot stop myself from splitting the hairs!
Foster kids? Sounds like bullshit
