Mine came out superb tonight. So tart, so herbaceous, so garlicky.
I had chicken enchiladas.
Ooooo I love it. Cilantro, oregano or marjoram, parsley, red pepper flakes, garlic, lemon zest. Sometimes I add bacon. And serve it on skirt steak.
Just buy it in a tub at Costco. Your way sounds like too much work.
This is why people are put off.

And by the way, I put *WAY* too much rum in my faux daiquiris which is why I made this silly thread and why I'm liable to say some regrettable things tonight.

Also, I use fresh oregano and Italian parsley, not cilantro. I dunno, I like it better.

that's cuz cilantro is yucky....
I love cilantro, but not in chimichurri! Grrr.
People that hate cilantro really hate it, there is no talking them out of it.
