Was living in Michigan in 1990, my buddy and I went to a club to see the band Extreme. Hung around outside before the show, hanging out with the opening band. Played softball, went on their bus, the bass player wanted to show us the video game system they had in there. The drummer was sitting there playing it. Come back out, the singer comes up to me and asks if I know where he can get some weed (I didn't). Later that night, they hit the stage, and melted our faces off. Here's the gig....

I met Steve Martin in the magic shop of Ceasers palace in Vegas 20 years ago. He was just looking around, had a drink in one hand and his other in a pocket. I said "Steve!!!" And he said "hello" I think I told him that the jerk was one of my favorites. I watched that almost every other weekend in college drinking before we went out for the night. I didn't ask for his autograph because I didn't have anything to sign plus the fact that what the fuck do I need it for. If no one believes that I didn't really meet him I could give to fucks. Years later I read that he doesn't sign autographs anyways, instead he gives you a business card that says "I met Steve Martin" on them

Mike Bordick multiple times, he was an MLB all star and is regarded as one of the best fielding short stops in baseball history...we're from the same town, played catch with him once as a kid. nice guy.

Zach LaVine, Gorgui Dieng, Glenn Robinson III and LaRon Dendy(although hes not as known as those other 3) of the Minnesota Timberwolves when i went to summer league

i'm definitely forgetting someone significant but that's good enough
