Police in Queens are investigating a home invasion after a nanny-cam recorded a burglar creeping around the floor of the homeowner's bedroom holding a knife between his teeth. The unidentified man was first seen approaching the home on an outdoor security system around 2:20 a.m. early Wednesday morning, WABC-TV reported. He then rummaged around the home for 30 minutes before slipping into the bedroom where the parents and three children were sleeping. In the NY Post video from the bedroom baby monitor, the suspect crawls around the room on his hands and knees with a knife in his mouth while the family lies in the bed just feet away. The thief didn't know that the parents had just gone to bed shortly before he arrived, and were not actually asleep yet. The wife, who preferred to remain unidentified, told WNBC-TV that she thought the rustling on the floor might have been one of her kids at first. The thief took a Samsung S6 cellphone from a dresser in the room before the husband was startled out of bed, sending the suspect fleeing from the house. No one was injured during the break-in. The suspect was wearing a black snow cap with the word "diamond" written on it, and was believed to be about 6'2" and about 200 pounds.
