why you loling?
who are you?
Nobody is buying electric cars....and they never will
Sure you see a hand full of tree huggers and ed Bagley types in them...but John q public is fine with gas guzzlers
Here is the article if anybody cares to read about it
Cause the industries a major fail and tesla knows it....maybe chevy can bring the price down maybe not make the car sound like a golf cart
I am a fan of electric cars, just not subsidized ones like the volt. I have zero use for one because I need more range.
Let the market decide.
238 miles per charge team a claims
The Teslas I've seen look sweet, just out of my price range
I cant afford a Tesla, and the volt is 40 mile range. Give the Volt a 200 mile range, stop having the government pay $7500 per vehicle, bring the price down to the price of an accord, and I'd actually strongly consider one.
I've never seen a comparison of the C02 footprint of an electric car vs a gas one. That is key for me or there isn't really any reason to do it. And yes, they need 200 mile range and fast, easy 110V charges.
It feels like the whole thing is falling apart
It's deja vu all over again.
I thought at first this might be about Nikola Tesla's magic radio wave car.
I would wager the production and subsequent disposal of the EV battery is overwhelming compared to the difference between a standard engine emissions vs a power plant's "Green" index.
