Yes, Dan had it arranged for me to go backstage after the show & meet Artie. Artie was so nice & appreciative of me calling into the show & being a fan. He seems very humble. His standup was a little weak - I guess, he's out of practice. His setup & delivery was off & he seemed very nervous. What did you think?
Awesome, I got a nervous vibe off him but I'm such a fan I just get a kick out of seeing him, I think Artie's stand up is pretty funny but he's funniest at just telling stories and doing bits, that's when he becomes a comedic genius And his acting is pretty good too
It was so sad at the end when Artie said 'thanks for coming out & thanks for not forgetting about me' - he looked like he got a little emotional too.
He meant it too.. I can't imagine what he went through during those two years yet he's back selling out 4 nights are Carolines, I feel really good for him
I was at the Sunday night show at 10 and the tickets my gf got me were the tickets that had us sitting right on top of the stage so Artie recognized me talked to me for a little bit and of course made fun of me haha
When Artie said Rod from Bayside one guy in the audience went WOOOOOOO i dont know if its cause he knows me from calling in or he just happend to be from Bayside also
Excuse me, mr. shitba............who is your avatar? I need to know who to make the checks out to. My God!!!
