Australia seems the place to be. My mate went there 4 years ago and he's not coming back.
Germany. Mosel valley.
Never been to Australia tho i'd love to
I think they have kangaroos there and Crocodile Dundee.
Big bastard sharks too.
I'm staying home!
They're friendly tho
My son quit his job in Seattle and moved to Australia too. He says he is staying there.
Iceland. Best demographics.
I live in Australia, and it's cool
What about the darn cold.
The demographics are really good there, you don't have the repeated stories about racism in every news story right?
Apparently Australia is racist, but honestly I don't see any.
I heard it was like that between the different white races to a certain extent, there aren't too many black folks who feel everything is a slight.
Turkey. I'm a big fan of history, and Turkey is loaded. Christianity became a mainstream religion there, and there are a ton of ruins from the Roman Empire there. The food is pretty damn good too.
Anyplace I've never been is a good place to visit....
Midnight Express put me off Turkey.
Turkey has some very cool areas. I was in Kusadasi which is a popular port there. The people were super friendly and there was a lot of shopping you could do. We visited the House of The Virgin Mary which is on top of a mountain 30 minutes from the city. There were a lot of tourists there but it wasn't too crowded.
Outside of Turkey these are some of my favorite countries/cities I've visited.
Capri: It's small Island off of Italy. The town is at the top of the mountain and its picture perfect views everywhere.
Dublin, Ireland: Fun town if you like beer and lots of happy people singing. Great people, clean, and you can basically walk everywhere.
Barcelona, Spain: One of the best parts of Spain. Great Tapas, wine, museums, and people.
Monaco: The Beverley Hills of that region. When you walk near the Monte Carlo Casino 20% of the cars are Ferraris. Their port has the most amazing yachts.
Curacao: Southern Caribbean Island that's roots are Dutch. Bright colored buildings and incredible beaches. Not too touristy and a hidden gem in the Caribbean.
Krueger National Park, South Africa: Stay at the Sabi Sabi Resort and do the private game drives. Once in a lifetime experience you'll never regret.
