Is owned by a white man in Chicago. Rick Bayless who has the TV show, "Mexico, One Dish at a Time" owns a couple of restaurants in Chicago, all together, varying in food slightly. :mexican:

This one is worth the trip to Chicago if you have to hitchhike.

FYI, if you see any Frontera products in your supermarket I suggest trying them. They sell them on the website but they are expensive with shipping. The chili starter is incredible, any of them. Along with everything else. The man is truly an artist.

Hi monk, I'm having an ice tea. :hat:

It's also the chef Obama brought to the whitehouse to cook for Mexico's president.

Damn. I've gotta remember this before I head back to Chicago. Great city for eating anyway, but I gotta remember to talk to you first.

If I had something to gain, I would agree.

For sure. I can point you to so many good places, ones that wont show up on any travel website or magazine. Although many of the trendy or popular places are popular for a reason, like this place. I can send you to some little out of the way Italian restaurants that will make you come back.
Because you are eating the wrong mexican food. You and 5 of your friends can all order something different from here, fill up till you are ready to burst and not eat anything that gives you gas.

I always liked his PBS show. His voice is a bit like Peter Lorre but fem. Makes it hard to listen.
