Hey there, It was a mundane ugly weather kind of day. I started on dinner a bit late. Here it goes... On Tonight's Menu: Mushroom Frittata, Salad, & Roll - Frittata with Crimini, Chanterelle, and Morel Mushrooms, Havarti and Parmigiano Reggiano Cheeses, Bacon, Shallots, and Green Onion with a King's Hawaiian Roll and a side salad of Green Leaf Lettuce, Tomato, and Cucumber with French Dressing on the side (not pictured)... ...and a track by one of the most underrated rock bands of the 1970's. They are good evidence as to why the Rock 'N Roll Hall of Fame is complete mainstream golf-buddy back-patting and silly, ill-informed posturing, because they deserve to be in a legitimate one. I'm posting a song that is one of their most accessible ones in case you have never heard them and wish to explore more of their excellent music. Its the band Big Star with the song "Thirteen": Talk about your food. Talk about your music. Its as easy as that. Hopefully things are excellent with you all. Sweetie's just left to get some beer, I'll be here if you wanna bend my ear.
