Im on a fucked up schedule. I eat dinner fall asleep and then I wake up at like Midnight. Then I walk around all day like the living dead. Repeat.
Are you a little fat?

Its a fair question. I have been over eating at dinner and I fall asleep like everyday is thanksgiving. I bought one of those portion control things you put over your plate. Cant belive I gained 40 pounds over two years.
Not with falling asleep, but I was asking, because he said, that he eats dinner, then he falls asleep, and also he said, he has a fucked up schedule of his life. That is not healthy, so I was just concerned.

Hahaha, REALLY? That's great! I'm proud of you. I just got off the nicotine gum in July (after 9 years of being on it).
I mean because we thought the same, I am eating also very unhealthy, but I am more underweight.
I thought you guy were talking about weed at first. Good for both of you. That has to be the nastiest habit ever invented.
My parents were not even suspicious that I was smoking big time for years. Bought that nicotine gum at Walgreen, you said, I was using it for a week or so, I do not need that anymore either.
I needed to wash all my clothes- even the clean ones- because my smell is so sensitive, and hate that smell of nicotine.
WE went to Grand Canyon this weekend, so many people were smoking and offering to me, and I was like: hell, no.

at one point i gained over 80 pounds man . you are making steps to lose it though so Start eating better now so you can cheat at thanks giving and christmas a little. what the portion control plate never heard of it?
You know Obi, I think, the most important is, that you have to eat with awareness.
Most people just eat without enjoying it.
Just like I used to smoke without enjoying it. It was just a habit, a very bad addiction.
