    Verizon has been trying for a year to get me to pay more to "upgrade" to "Quantum" internet speeds.

    I've ignored them.

    Now I see commercials that they're going to upgrade me for FREE, because they're so nice.

    Had the same thing happen with my last provider (WOW, which as far as providers go aren't bad). Six months later, they increased the monthly charge, coincidently the same amount as what the speed upgrade would have been, although they denied that was the reason for the increase. Riiiiiight :rolleye:
