[h=1]Woman sues Dallas Cowboys after burning backside[/h] [h=5]By chron.com staff[/h] [h=5]Updated 7:28 a.m., Friday, August 17, 2012[/h] A Dallas Cowboys fan is suing the organization and its owner, claiming she burned her backside by sitting on a bench outside the stadium two years ago. Jennelle Carrillo of Cleburne was hospitalized for about a week after attending the team's annual scrimmage on Aug. 10, 2010, according to CBSDFW.com. "She sat down on this black bench, outside an entrance and unfortunately she suffered third-degree burns as a result of it and had subsequent skin grafts," Carrillo's Austin-based lawyer Michael Wash told CBSDFW.com. The lawsuit alleges that the black marble bench became extremely hot and unreasonably dangerous after being exposed to the sun on an August day. The stadium didn't warn Carillo or others about the potential dangers, the lawsuit claims. In court papers, Wash said his client suffered pain, disfigurement and loss of earning capacity because of her injuries. She is seeking a jury trial and any damages set by that jury. _____________________________________________________________ I guess this half wit didn't grow up in the 60's and 70's when every kid burned their ass on the hot vinyl covered car seats in the summer. You actually learn to test where you're sitting before you plop.
