The 79-year-old musician, a founding member of the band who left in 1993, was last seen in public as at Rupert Murdoch's wedding to former supermodel Jerry Hall at the weekend in London's Fleet Street. A rep for the star today said: "Bill Wyman, former member of The Rolling Stones, has been diagnosed with prostate cancer. "He is undergoing treatment and is expected to make a full recovery as it was caught in the early stages." He went on to make music with his own band, Bill Wyman's Rhythm Kings, and also toured with the group. But I had three great houses and some nice cars." Asked if he felt he had enough, he responded: "Yes, and I got married again and worked on books, and started a band to subsidise my living expenses. "And I don't regret it because I've never been happier. I’m sure I’m happier than they are in their lives, I really do." The star has been married three times Bill has been married twice to before to Diane Cory, with whom he has a son, and Mandy Smith. He met his third wife, Californian model Suzanne Accosta, in Paris in 1979. They tied the knot in 1993. The musician, who has three daughters with Suzanne, was known as a ladies' man back in the day but insists he has always treated women with respect. "There are some who I still write to, a friend in Australia who I used to go out with in '63, '64. She has grandchildren now. "And I'm still in touch with a girl I used to go out with in '64, '65. I never treated them like s*** and threw their clothes out."
