    Wow.

This has crossed the line from mockable to pathetic.

There are some great pictures in Private Parts (or maybe Miss America) of Howard Stern autograph signings, pretty sure the lines were a couple hours long. Very sad to see the legend fall so quickly, but that's what happens when you turn on such a passionate fanbase.

Suddenly I'm sounding like a Stern apologist here--

All careers have an arc to them.

The mistake is to stay too long at the fair.

(Oh, and the pissing on his fans thing, too.)

God bless you. Its like the final bunker days of Hitler over at Studio 69. Time to throw dirt on this old scumbag Jew scam artist and his plastic Polack whore "wife/beard". His. 0.8 rating on Kimmel should be the nail in his coffin. Thank you.

That's Don Barris, mastermind behind and co-star of one of the funniest movies of all time, Windy City Heat.

Kimmel produced Windy City Heat, and Don does audience warmup for Jimmy's show.

The funny thing is is back then he was using his fans too. He didn't give a shit them, and he doesn't care now. As Charlie Sheen once said "I already got your money, dude".

Yeah, I remember those days. I think, though, that the cult of personality is much different today, what with reality shows and celebrities on social media and all.

Can you picture any celebrity today meriting such huge crowds?

America really need an anti-establishment hero like that now.
