Yeah I know some of you don't care for it. But at least he shows the fuck up for work!
Jay's the man!! I wish he could speak honestly about Howie & Horsey. I'm sure it would be funny and cutting as hell.
I get a kick out of him. But I noticed this is a replay.
But why shouldn't he get MLK day off. I did.
I think if people would give Jay a full week of listening to his show I think most of the people posting on here would dig it. I know that the main gripe is Shuli, but he is a minimal part of the show. Jay's a cranky, pissed off old man who has struggled in show business his whole life and that makes for great radio.
Doesn't he work out of his house?
I won't be able to get the show until later, but even Best of JT is better than new Stern shows.
Yeah, I'm not listening right now - Cristina tweeted that they'd be live tomorrow.
I'm streaming Nick & Artie from last Friday so I can hear that fight they got into.
I listened to it this morning, and I think people made a lot bigger deal of "the fight" than there actually was. If I remember correctly,it happens about 20 minutes into part 3.
Yeah, I expected more from it. But Artie's silence afterwards was deafening.
Shuli getting clobbered here.
Jaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy *Ira the Weatherman* ... I'm starting to like Jay! I may not agree with everything he says but at least he has opinions about things. I think Shuli is funny on this this show.
nice! i haven't seen a Jay Thomas listening thread since the days of the old Miserable Men board.
pretty low turnout tho
Ira cracks me up. And I also crack up at, GET RID OF HIM!
Yes he turned into a mute all of a sudden which led people to post that the silence meant he was back on heroin which I don't think is accurate. Sadly, whatever obstacles Artie has overcome in his personal and professional life he'll always have that stigma of being a "druggie" and an "addict."
Yeah, but just wait for the next Howard listening thread. The numbers will be insane! I hope I have the day off!
I listen to jay everyday
Jay is my drive home.
Hearing Kevin Meanie go overboard last week was hilarious. I hated when he first came onto the show, but now I love it. Jay has him on just enough so that it's not too much.
Unlike the bald Israeli fuck.
Back in the 80's Kevin Meaney had an HBO special that was one of the funniest things I'd ever seen.
Love Jay. I also listen on my way home from work. He gets some crazy guests on his show.
