I'm really enjoying it. I don't expect any answers about why 2 percent left.

All these people doing random disjointed things, like cutting your own throat...

While it makes no sense and there will be no payoff it terms of a 'why', I'm ok with it. A society just barely holding itself together is what we see in the Leftovers and that is kind of where we really are.

I know, wordy fuck. Please carry on now.

Got caught up today, fucked up show, I think it will be one of those shows where they keeps adding more mysteries without solving any of them.

I don't think any mystery will be solved. It will be like life. Just random.

I'm actually tired of things with a definitive ending. Cop shows, movies...we expect everything to be resolved. I mean, what in life really gets resolved? Nothing really until it's dirt nap time.

Most shows don't do it well anyways, I thought Breaking Bad was one of those few ongoing shows that had a satisfying ending.

It is a fantastic show. Only 2 episodes left for this season and they signed up for season 2. They are gonna drag this shiz out like Lost did.

I can only handle one terrible Sunday night show and this season it's Ray Donovan for me

Well you knew he was on borrowed time anyway so that pervaded all his actions and the show really. It was never if but when and how.

They gave him a heroic but kind of cheesy death I thought with the Gatling gun deal but the overall show was so good it was fine.

People expected an answer with lost and got fucked. I don't expect any real 'answer' here. The whole show is basically what happens when you don't have any answers. They don't even know what the question is other than wtf

From what I've read online, the book never does answer what happened to the 2%. Speaking of which, everybody acts so affected by the loss of the 2%, I dunno, personally if that number of people in my town were picked and none were people I knew directly, then it'd be kind of a sucks to be them attitude, and move on, instead of the permanent mope that everyone seems to be stuck in, and I suspect I'd be far from being alone in those feelings.
