Excellent series based on Phillip K. Dick ( Blade Runner) novel. Can't stop watching.
On episode 3 right now. Really like what I'm seeing. They really fucked that dudes sister over
I watched the pilot last year and while the production design was great I thought the acting was mediocre.
Yes. This show is really well done... I love shows that take care of the intricate details.
Fun fact, since I live around here: Seattle stands in for San Francisco and New York, and Canon City is really Rosslyn, the town in the Cascades that was used in Northern Exposure 20 years ago.
It's no "Son of the Beach" Robin !
Read the book but it kinda had no plot can't see how they could make it a show unless it went a different direction
Christ, I've binged watched the hell out of some shows this weekend between this and Jessica Jones
Watching the 1st two episodes!
So far it's outstanding.
Well above average & better production values than most recent films I've seen.
I'll watch this later and Jessica Jones, good stuff for a rainy day.
Good weekend for these to show up since the shitty weather came in to most of the country.
I need to watch that. I saw in the ad that it had Rufus Sewell in it, and I normally like the stuff he does.
How was Jessica Jones I have a thing for Krysten Ritter
Really good. I liked Daredevil better but Ritter did an awesome job and so did Tennant.
it's based on - the man in the high castle - not blade runner.
i'll have to check it out later.
i just read it again a couple years ago. i'm an alternate history buff.
I started watching it. I feel Netflix shows have slightly better production values. I'm still trying to finish the first episode.
i watched the first one because people are raving about it. i found it slow, plodding, blah, blah, blah, some action, blah, blah, blah, some action...
might be a slow build.
I am on Episode 7, and the series is very watchable and intriguing, but some of the plot devices you can predict easily and I wonder did they really do that just to get from point A to B. Some twist and turns ........ over all a great book and and a interesting what if series.
I thought the book was really odd. It was interesting, but it was more like a snapshot of daily life after the USA lost the war.
yeah that's what I mean about the plot it doesn't really go anywhere just kinda toys with the concept
