Some fucking how I got roped into making ribs and kinda of other bullshit. Zuchini, potatoes, onions...I dont have time for this shit.
Just got home. I'm ready for my martini!
least someone is doing something constructive.
How did you make your ribs? I got two racks of St Louis in the refrigerator.

St Louis you definitely have to do very low and slow. Theae weee babybacks, much leaner so they are quicker cooking. I just did them in the oven. Sue me.
I usually cook them in the oven then toss them on top of charcoal for flavor.
Wrapped in aluminum, 280 about 2 hours.
