    He got some long overdue bad karma when the lawsuit was thrown out but the potential for the next year could send him to the loony bin:

    Bianca dies
    Mom Caves fails
    Continued battles with sirius over budget etc
    Beth continues to party while Howard sits home alone

    Lawsuit thrown out on appeal

    AGT ratings are disappointing, leading to trouble with NBC
    Critics get more bold in their opinions after AGT troubles
    Staff continues to find work elsewhere

    AGT has always advertised itself as "summers highest rated show". My fear is that ratings for AGT stay the same, and Howard takes credit for the high ratings. We all need to ignore the stupid show no matter what, no dvr'ing or watching, not even a peek at the wig or teeth.

    BethSucks, I want to believe you. BUT, Howard seems to have made a deal with the devil. I have never seen a guy offer up so much negative energy to others and continue on the path to more fame and fortune like Howard. He makes karma look like a fool.

    One of his parents if not both will die. Not saying that I hope they do (I don't) but if and when they do, I am sure we will get weeks of crying

    I don't think he'd do it because he knows he wouldn't be good at it. He won't do things if he thinks he'll be bad. He already thinks he's an amazing judge so AGT makes sense to him. If there was a show about amateur psychologists he'd sign up for that for sure.

    Good point- and he also thinks he's good at chess- but when it comes to performing on TV he is more cautious. I think he's even said he wouldn't host SNL, but I could see him do a walk on or a bit about AGT. Something that makes him look good to the public.

    I think Beff will pose for Playboy once she turns 40. Howie will negotiate photo-approval, he'll 'shop the hell outta them and then claim that Beff is the hottest 40 y/o woman who's EVER lived.

    The thing with AGT is that the media has already focused on NBC moving the show to NYC for Stern and the amount they are giving him relative to Piers, if there isn't a substantial increase in ratings the media is going to look at it as a failure.

    its funny when I see commercials for AGT with Howard in them, I want to throw a brick thru the TV...Howard has become as annoying as other celebrity vomits including his whore wife, Kate Gosselin, Rosie O'donnell and Octomom...
