Yeah... I'm not going to suffer through today's show even if there's the possibility that he discusses his lawsuit loss and fumbles for excuses... If anyone would be so kind as to post a primer on why he believes he got screwed in the decision, plee feel free to do so. Audio clips and boobs will be rewarded with reps :)

This is a post from username in the listening thread...

"The judges does not understand him. "You have enough money"
    +
he admitted to the real reason for the lawsuit: That Mel and the boardroom gave themselves over 300 million in bonus, and Howard didnt get his cut. Howard was a "partner" and should have got his cut.

He almost cried the whole first hour
    +
promised that he is gone from Sirius when the contract is up. (no surprise since Sirius wont offer a contract to shithead)"

Wait a minute, the CEO of my company got a multi million dollar bonus, where's my cut? I'm suing for an equal share. I thought we were all partners here dammit!

He always says he won't re-sign.
Can you remember ONE time in his entire career when Howard didn't spend the entire length of his contract threatening to not sign when it was up?

    No
    Because that's his shtick
Only now he's like the boy who cried wolf - no one gives a shit

I'd like Howard do a podcast. And charge $10 per person. I'd bet he'd get a very, very, very tiny fraction of what he earns now.

I always thought partners were partners because they put their own money into a company. When did Howard put his own money into Sirius? When he was given stock, he cashed it in right away. When Malone invested in Sirius he used his own money. He took all the risk. Howie just works there.

"I'll tell you Robin. The rich man can't get a break in the justice system. Unless you are poor, you can't win in today's courts."

Is he serious?!? The judges ruled against him because he already have enough money?!? Yeah, because they have never ruled in favor for someone who is as or more rich than Howard in a court case for as much or more money.

Seriously, Howard and Robin are so out of touch. Robin with her "rich get richer" comment. Does she realize that Howard is richer than anyone at Sirius other than John Malone?

This actually made me laugh when Robin said it and Stern agreed. The caller (Mike) actually said Stern is the only rich guy who doesn't get richer. Holy S**t!:shit::shit:

    THIS.

I remember when Sirius was on the ropes, Wiggy was laughing at them and gloating about selling his stock, how worthless it was, and how "quite frankly" it didn't bother him because he was "just an employee."

Partners/owners/shareholders share risk and reap the reward, dumbass! I bet he wishes he would've held on to those shares now!
