If your doctor gives you medication and you have a reaction to the medicine, i'ts a bad thing. If your doctor gives you medication and you "respond", its' a good thing. The point is, respond to life, don't react. If a person cuts you off the road and you flip them the bird in anger, you are "reacting" therein it is "affecting" you which results in having a shitty day. By reacting to the situation you are giving the asshole power to affect your mood. The thing you need to do is just laugh it off. This is "responding" and by doing so, you will not feel like shit all day. The lesson is to "respond" to people. Respond to life. Respond to this post. L8!
