What do you think of the new format?
I like watching UFC, but I couldn't give a fuck about The Ultimate Fighter
I don't really give a shit about all the behind the scenes stuff. And now make a joke about how I just wanna get right to the sweaty guys going at it. Fuck you Gilaet.
Haven't seen it. Who are the coaches and how did they change the format?
I usually skip to the fight.
Fights are live this year.
All I'm saying is I wanna watch actual fights, I don't care about training or how they live together or personal drama, so come at me now, you're so tough.
ok good, we're on the same page
Dominick Cruz and Urijah Faber
Fights are live following an edited week of house bullshit.
That's a good fucking idea, I bet a lot of people complained about having to sit through that shit to watch the fights.
Yea, I always skip the house shit and just tune in for the fight.
First episode had 16 fights.
1 round per fight.
I think the sense of urgency from the one round rule really hindered the fights.
Fights need to develop IMHO.
You seem angry blairg. Everything ok over there. Beer not working any more?
It's probably out of necessity though, they only have so much airtime and they wanna showcase all the fighters.
oh no I'm good now, I didn't realize what the format change was. From what I can remember it was like being forced to watch big brother for 40 minutes to be able to see 2 fights.
New channel, too.
I think Dana was trying to force ko/sub to hype the move to FX.
yeah good point, you don't hype something with a 5 round decision.
You can't fit 16 fights with 2 rounds in 2 hours live.
That's a lot of math, explain.
nevermind I just figured it out
