Anyone ever try it? Supposed to be impossible to get outside of Belgium. Has a 100 rating at ratebeer.com.

Being sold in the US for a limited time.

The guy at Binny's told me they were getting it in. Will have to go pick some up.

Imagine every kind of beer known to man in one store, that is the Binny stores.

Even if it's the best beer, it's just beer.

It's like these fucks who wait in a block long line to get donuts...ITS STILL JUST A DONUT!

Sorry, but I would not spend $85 on a six pack of beer but I would be curious to see how it tastes. $85 can be better spent buying a good bottle of single malt scotch or bourbon.

    Nice.

I found a website with a list of all the retail locations selling it in the US.

There is one in East Williamsburg. I'll try passing it tomorrow. Good chance they will be sold out by then though.

Yea, I wouldn't wait in line for a few hours to get it, but if I can just walk in and they still have it, I'd give it a shot.

Just curious to see what a 100 rated beer tastes like.

Binnys sells the expensive beers by the single bottle. It might be more than you would pay but most people have spent more money on worse things.

Tom, have you ever had one of those premium expensive beers? Do you think it's worth getting? I am a big fan of different microbrews and imports but then again I also like the 16oz cans of Budweiser 'Chelada' beer/clamato mix.

I can't drink bud or miller type beers anymore. I grew up drinking them and when I went to college I started drinking microbrews like petes wicked and really only like the bolder flavors anymore.

I love getting dogfishhead's premium beers they run about 10 a bottle. I don't drink much anymore so when I do I drink good beer. A big fan of goose island's premiums Sophia being my favorite.

I have been drinking Great Lakes Brewery beers lately and they are really good. I also love Sierra Nevada Pale Ale but I have to watch it because I recently found out that each bottle is 200 calories but I am sure most of the better brews are around the same.

You drank better beer when you went to college?

I was washing down doritos with Milwaukee's Best back in those days
