They just mentioned it on our local news. Seems like it's a high crime area.
You're not trying to start trouble are you?
Nope. We just heard about this on the news. Interesting.
Do you come here and start threads with EVERYTHING you see on TV?
I'm joking. Proceed
Must be a boulavard of broken dreams
We hear the name 'Benham' we take notice.
There's a Benham on Ink Master as well.
The crime there is probably prostitution.
I saw Benham St. in Brockton, Mass. Also a high crime area. Benham must be the new MLK.
Remind me to never go there.
I am going to bed. Feel free to talk amongst yourselves.
Dont ever go there
Dev, you should go on Ink Master.
The MLK here in Allentown isn't too bad. At least not most of it. Most of it goes through a nice park, some ballfields, etc. There are only a few blocks that are sketchy.
Never saw it.
I watched Best Ink because my good friend was on it.
our mlk is nice in the Middle but it has the projects on both sides.
There's also a Grapeland Ave. in Cleveland. Death of Samantha had a song "trying to get to Grapeland" and I assume it was about that street.
I seem to recall it was in a nicer area, though.
Near E. 116 .... nearest transit stop, Union Av & Martin Luther King Dr .... yeah, stay away!
That area is a real shiftiest! It's outside of my normal work area but I recall having a fantastic car chase that ended in a one car accident on Benham. Ah, good times, good times.....
MLK winds through a "park" on the north end of the city which appears "OK" and ends up skirting the museum area and Case Western Reserve University. While the actual park is acceptable due to constant traffic (witnesses) is is mostly in a slight valley and on either side above the park it is a catastrophe......drive through crack and weed (plain or pcp laced). Generally body or two are found in the park and it's creek a few times a year. After passing the museums/college area it pretty much is just depression and shitstains for the rest of it's run. Houses line the road that were once owned by wealth people until the area got diseased. It should have been carpet bombed decades ago.
