I just heard a DC lottery radio commercial. It starts out with a guy going "Credit Card - $12,000. Car Loan, $20,000." He goes through a list of about 10 things he owes money on and starts crying at the end. The answer to his troubles? Play the DC lottery. Is this fair advertising? It's obviously aimed at really, really stupid people but it still sucks that they are suggesting that the answer to your financial problems is the Lottery. I tried to find a copy of it to post but you get the idea. Is this OK?
