I decided to fully photodocument my dinner for the evening. It was fucking awesome

Had to take a pic of the bottle of Dom we got as a gift. Bring on New Year's Eve
First thing was to cut up 1.5 pounds of chicken thighs.
Chicken thighs have some fat on them and fat adds flavor
Meijer is awesome....I could wander around in there for an hour or two.

Barilla is not a bad choice. I give it the official Italian seal of approval
I love Meijer. Their produce blows everybody else away
My meijer has specialty Italian meats like proschutto (sp?), gabbagool, panchetta, etc at the butcher. I got .25 pounds fresh sliced thin
