    If I was a twenty year old today I NEVER would have been able to afford to move here..Its disgusting how much they get for rents..

    It's more a "sign of the times" than anything else. I live in D.C. The Post ran an article where they stated that it now costs $107,000 a year to live in D.C. (and many young people have no problem making that amount working for agencies like Homeland Security.

    I lived in San Francisco before D.C. My guess is that rents are now higher in San Fran than N.Y.

    The same situation applies in London, Paris, Tokyo, etc.

    These are the great cities of the world and it costs to live there. If you moved to say, Foreskin, WY, I'm sure you can find a $600 per month rent.

    Skipping school and hopping on the NJ Transit into Penn Station was an absolute blast.

    Even though it's sad, think about it this way: At least the vapid cocksuckers will be the ones to perish when the city is attacked again.
