Hot & Spicy ..and delicious
nothing beats the crockpot of chili from oct thru feb....just fill your bowl up, cheese, sour cream & cumin powder.
this look killer
dont forget the cornbread...
i really dig ma crockpot, i just keep adding ingredients to the original recipe as i see fit, can keep a nice meal going for a week or so
the crock rules, wish i discovered it earlier.
i'm thinking about getting another just dedicated & constantly full of chili during the cold months.
can basically cook anything init..and u know its all fresh..
its how i learned to cook
yea this..chili is a year round staple ..nice to have 2 of em ..

i have an electric grill, i put sausage, onions, mushrooms, peppers wrapped in tin foil on for an hour..
its great how you can buy the cheepest cut of beef, slice & dice it, throw it in the crock for 8hrs & it melts in your mouth...heaven.
I have a microwave. Hit a couple buttons, 2 minutes from freezer to plate. Voyla
micro cant slow cook the ingrediants into blended heaven...it just warms up your slop.
Answer me this.....when you put meat in the crockpot where does the draining fat go?
back in the soup.
