Not to sound like an asshole but I rather just make my own dressing. Some vinegar, mustard, spices, sugar and whisk together while slowly adding olive oil.
No kidding, it's from 2011. I'm sure it's been expired for awhile now

Honest question: Is there a reason for the olive oil being added slowly as opposed to just mixing it all at once? Are you slowly adding it until you get to a certain preferred taste or is there a set amount you're just putting in the mix slowly?
It's about ease of emulsification. It's easier to incorporate oil and vinegar at a slow pace than it would be to dump all the olive oil in there at once since water (vinegar) and oil do not mix on their own.
Exactly. Why in god's name anyone would purposely eat bottled dressing is a mystery to me.
