Paul Harvey wanted us to go to bed.
Satan is a registered Democrat ...
That's what he wants you to think. Divide and conquer, Stain is a master of deception.
If you believe in the devil that is.
And now you know..
.. the rest of the story.
Working against us?
The audio clip is from his 90s version.
So snopes is saying that both versions are from Paul Harvey but the one popularized in the video above is mostly from the modern re-write as opposed to the original essay from 1964-5, correct?
On an unrelated note, I dont like snopes.
I dont like any "source" of information which doesnt allow for editing or at-least comments.
I've come across some snopes stuff which wasnt accurate but theres not much recourse.
So the video is fake? I would not be surprised.
The audio is real, but it's from an updated version in 1993 when that stuff was already happening. The 60s version is much different.
Yup, that kind of kills the idea, if thats the case he speaking in past tense already, my bad.
Correct. I like snopes as a starting place for my research and then attempt to verify their claims. I just posted that as it summed up the situation.
this thread will go bye bye shortly, its meaningless now.
No biggie. It had me until I heard a few too specific things there's no way he could've predicted from 1965, so I had to check into it.
Is snopes credible? I went there and see an article saying that Trump blames Muslims for Crucifying Christ
I wouldn't ever believe a claim they make that I couldn't otherwise verify. They can be a good starting place for their gathering of evidence. There is a specific 1993 broadcast date being given (and then a 1996 date when it was printed in the newspaper) that I'm finding other places. Seems Glenn Beck is to blame for the 1965 date going viral. Though, I guess we can't say for sure it's from 1993, but there's no way someone in 1965 said some of those things.
So wait, Trump doesn't think Muslims killed Christ?
