Taking a moment and never forgetting....
I was there (worked on William Street between Fulton and John on 9/11). I saw the whole thing - planes crashing, people jumping, buildings coming down. All of it. After the EPA announced that it was "safe" to breathe the downtown air, I went back toi work 10 days after 9/11 and breathed in metallic smoke and waste. Yiou could taste the ashes on your tongue even if you couldn't see them. I am completely traumatized to this day.
There seems to be less about it this year
I know it's 13 years , but never forget
I thought Howard's show from 9/11 would play today.
searched unsuccessfully for 9/11 porn
hate on bruthas, hate on
I was about a month away from working with a financial computing company when 911 happened. About 1/4 of my time would have been spent working in the WTC. I was learning about the FIX protocol when the news broke.
Our biggest mistake was not making those cocksuckers pay with a couple of nuclear strikes.
Those fucks would be licking the shit off our shoes today if we nuked them.
worked a few blocks away....Mayhem
its much more important to spread the word that Howig is the greatest eulogy reader of all time and how he was such a supporter of Joan Rivers was when everyone else wasn't than to remember something as trivial as 9/11...
i used to live on the north shore of LI. i will never forget the smell of burning chemicals (and god knows what else) wafting over my house 2 days later. i remember speaking to my neighbor who was able to run down the stairs to safety and spent the rest of that day trying to get off manhattan and home to his wife and young family. i remember the local funerals where streets were closed off and the processions went on forever.
i will never forget the lives that were ruined because 19 fucking muslims decided to teach the west a lesson.
never forget. radical islam is our enemy.
The hate today should be dedicated to the FDNY and the NYPD. Thanks for your service. Respect for those who died that day.
God bless America. God damn the TSA.
