It's odd seeing Howard in a non-ethnic, non-Coastal, flyover environment.
Dude, it's Missouri. Not exactly the mecca of Urban Americans.
The Fox looks great. So glad it didn't burn down last year.
Wheres the young latino boy who went ape shit in L.A. when howard got out of his limo?
If they had the auditions on the other side of the Mississippi it would have looked like "Showtime at the Apollo" at the theatre.
The could have done it in East St. Louis, but the 2nd Marine Division wasn't available to do security.
great place to see a concert....great sound vibe all that shit
Howard's daughter went to college in Saint Louie.
Never been. I've never been to the midwest.
I see 4 black people, Thats 4 more than in the stands at any MLB game
I guess you missed the Atlanta auditions..
Uh, the first faces I recognized, in order, were Asian, Black, Black, and a fat white John Hinkley looking dude.
By the way, this is what "America" looked like barely 30 years ago. In history that's nothing.
There r plentyyyy of "urban" people n st louis, i can assure u of that... Plenty of walking pharmacys right where howie is staying as well....
Those are actually white people who look black because they are in the shadow of Howard's wig.
Where's the Asian?
I'm sorry. I grew up where whites are the minority.
My high school -- which, by the way, is located 2 blocks from where "America's Got Talent" taped in LA before the pelican moved it to New York -- is about 5% American-born whites (13% if you count the Russians).
My university was/is 30% white and 45% Asian.
So it's shocking to see a lot of white faces.
I can't imagine.
It doesn't remind me on 'Thunderdome' one bit.
