For a couple of months. For the past couple of years at this time I have went vegan for a month then for the next month I go vegetarian and the next month slowly add meat back. I did this when the doctor told me I had high cholesterol. What I don't understand is how Robin doesn't have a banging body with this and the jogging. I hit the elliptical for 15 minutes vigorously and the weights for 15 five days a week, that with the shock diet puts me in top shape for summer. Seriously. Example of diet, Breakfast high fiber cereal with rice, soy or almond milk. Snacks are fruit and vegetables. A chef salad at luch with olive oil and balsamic supper is bean burritos, with the salsa and hot sauce you don't need cheese or meat or I might have tofu lettuce wraps (PF Chang style) Also when you sweat, it is different, you don't smell like a carnivore when they sweat. I also seem to piss some people off. Instead of telling me fine, they get pissed that I don't eat meat, seriously pissed. They start telling me "PETA, People Eating Tasty Animals" Which I am not doing this for the animal's sake but mine. People are funny. My wife has a smoking body and I have to keep up. I will look good at the beach this summer though.
