You would think that between Artie, Jackie, SJ and the wackpackers a travelling Howard-con show would be a decent money maker. Why hasn't this been done? Does Artie want all the money? Are they afraid Howard will sue?

Wiggy would sue them before they could even schedule the first theater.

I think they're way to scared of Howard.

Don't forget, he killed Ronnie's block parties a few years ago - which seemed to be making Ronnie some extra cash.

Howard doesn't want his name associated with anyone having a good time. That would just flat out ruin his reputation.

You can expect papers to arrive at your door soon for simply suggesting this.

Howard was also pissed about Ronnie having a bachelor party and a traveling bachelor party.
But at least Howard owned up and said he wasn't happy to be associated with the party.
Which doesn't make sense cause that's what Howard is known for, stripers, porn and craziness.
So, I don't understand why Howard is trying to clean his image this late in his career, its not like he will not get the same celebrity guests.

but yeah, hell no Howard will let this happen, even if the Con gave the Stern show more listeners and subscribers to Sirius/XM

Honestly, I think it has at least some to do with the fucked up personalities. The same personalities which got them separated from the show. Other than John, everyone else's career took a shit once they left (and now John's has taken a delayed one). These guys all think they are too good for each other. Jackie think he's too good for John and Artie thinks he's too good for all of them. Also, Artie is unreliable. He'd be the big draw, but would also end up fucking them by causing more trouble than he's worth.

Stern wouldn't like it and they all still seem at least somewhat afraid of him, so that alone might keep them from attempting this. They don't need to use Stern's name, though, so there's no reason Howard should be able to shut it down. Call it The Hack Pack or some other Stern show reference which Howard has no rights to.

Howard already puts on a "Howard-Con" once every five years. First one was in 2006, second was 2011 and the most recent was 2016. Speculation is this past one was the last.

I wonder if Howard knows about these. They are for this May. Anyone here who isn't blocked by him on twitter? You should send them to him. Fuck Shuli. Man, what a faggit:

    A. That wouldn't be great at all.

    B. They couldn't reference the show at all without risking a lawsuit from the cunt of all media.

I actually went to the "HowardCon" at San Diego Comic con 2 years ago. Everyone from Gary to Jon to Richard and Sal are all amazingly courteous and friendly people; staying loooong past when most would to sign autographs and take selfies. Even met Chuck Zito who had hilariously tried to find parking near the monstrous Comic Con sprawl and ended up having walk over a mile to get there. He was pretty pissed but I got to shake his hand.

I also met Marci Turk. She walked up to talk to Jon after a show taping and I said "oh! And you must be Marci."

To say she blanched would be an understatement. She seemed downright confounded that anyone would even know her name despite the fact that she had a fucking profile on the site. Definitely shook. She suppressed it pretty well but the affect was obvious. The next year the show came back again but the tapings were all closed to the public.
