Christopher P. Devine was born and raised in White Plains, New York. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1984. Chris cut his teeth as the Executive Sous Chef at Quaker Ridge Golf Club in Scarsdale, NY, and went on to become Executive Chef at the Whippoorwill Club in Armonk, NY from 1990 to 2002. Christopher began his tenure with Trump as the Opening Chef at the Trump National Golf Club in Briarcliff, NY and one year later opened Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, NJ. In 2003 Chris opened Trump Restaurants in Trump Tower.
Executive Sous Chef
Born and raised in Guyana, Kamila was always intrigued by her family’s activities in the kitchen. Creating all meals fresh and by hand was a daily ritual within her home. At the young age of seven, Kamila knew she wanted to be a chef.
Kamila pursued her passion for cooking beginning in 2006 by attending the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, earning top honors at the head of her class. Upon graduation, she began an externship at Trump Grill, bringing her culinary talents and vision to the restaurant. Working her way up to the position of Executive Sous Chef, Kamila’s recipes have been published in three books showcasing her culinary expertise.
Matthew began his career in cooking in 2003 while in the Barry Tech/BOCES program in high school. He continued cooking in restaurants and at the Muttontown Country Club in Long Island. While attending the Culinary Institute of America, he was able to go to Nashville and work at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center prior to his graduation in 2007. He joined the staff at Trump Grill in 2008 where he elevated to the Sous Chef position. One of his recipes was featured in Alan “Battman” Batt’s Pasta Cookbook.
