How many millions are they off from last year?
how many points are the down in the 18-49 category?
Wait til Big Brother starts!
CBS repeats are amazing!
Am I reading that right? It's #1 in it's time slot?
"NBC'S 'AMERICA'S GOT TALENT' RANKS #1 AMONG NON-SPORTS PRIME TELECASTS FOR A FOURTH WEEK IN A ROW" -- so, you know, go Howard!
Show all work.
looks like #1 for the night.
That Jenny Mccarthey show lost half of AGT's lead in lol
Howard is #1 in ALL markets all the time ..he has always been
#1 in all markets ............he's the koam
I was one of the people watching Master Chef.
Marbles well spent
To compare here are the Vegas show ratings from 2011:
Day 1: 4.6/15.78
Day 2: 3.6/12.85
The Stern Effect Ratings 2012
Day 1: 3.0/10.45
Day 2: 3.2/11.52
Moral of this story: Hire Howard Stern if you want your ratings and viewership to fall.
But but but....spin spin spin
I can't stand the show even though I watch it. The numbers are impressive. It's a Summer show and it is crushing the competition. I think it's numbers are higher than any scripted show on NBC the past season. I guess having no competition helps.
based on my rudimentary understanding of the ratings system, I understand that TIVO ratings are accounted for, but only if watched within a certain number of days? maybe that could form the basis for a lawsuit for his bonus $ -- "uncounted" watchers that's not even to mention he could claim they acted in bad faith by doing XYZ (all the excuses he has been throwing out)
even the stern show didnt make it to vegas
The great thing about this is that he can spin all he wants and the only ones that are going to buy it are his lemming like superfans. The show has been a ratings disaster for him and TV execs everywhere now know conclusively that there is no Stern effect. Howie's chance of landing another gig at an inflated price is effectively 0.0.
To the contrary, there is a "Stern Effect" and it's mostly apathy.
